Stud services

Moyen Poodle cross

At Cheristone Doodles we are proud to offer carefully chosen stud dogs who meet the highest standards of health, temperament, and genetic diversity.

At present, our stud services are available exclusively through Rodney, a young, proven male with outstanding qualities.

Rodney combines excellent health testing, a fantastic temperament, and desirable coat genetics. His calm but playful nature makes him a joy to live with, while his strong lineage and clear DNA panel make him an ideal sire for future generations.

About Rodney

Born in 2023, this sweet boy is full of life, he loves his walks, agility, dog and human friends, and can be taken anywhere. He’s great with other dogs - always friendly and keen to play.

He has a loving, cheeky, affectionate personality and likes long, muddy, wet walks, followed by scrambled egg on a Saturday morning.

He enjoys going shopping and choosing new toys – crunchy and crinkly toys are his favourite.

He goes on woodland walks in the Blackdown Hills and swimming in Wimbleball lake on Exmoor. He also enjoys a pub beer garden to recharge along the way!

Heritage

Rodney’s heritage is 81% Poodle, with the remaining made up of Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, and Pointer. The high percentage of Poodle in his background ensures strong coat genetics, which he will pass on to every puppy he sires. This makes him particularly suitable for creating Doodle crossbreeds. His heritage contributes to his dense curly coat, refined conformation, and athletic, balanced frame.

Olive is the most wonderful thing we’ve ever met. We are so in love with her it’s ridiculous. She was so easy to train and is super smart. She slept well from the very beginning, eats really well, and is amazing with basic commands and much more advanced stuff. She has just started agility and is already taking it (literally) in her stride - just like her daddy. She loves to learn and is just the best dog in the world.

Laika is honestly the best addition to our lives!

Paddy is adorable - we love him so much.

Kaju is a year old today! Time has flown by. He continues to be his absolute clownish naughty self every single day (though there are glimpses of maturity and calmness from time to time, fleeting they might be!) He makes us laugh every single day, and so, so happy to have him in our lives.
