What were your favourite things about the process?: The weekly puppy photos were lovely and allowed us to bond with the litter before we met them. The video call was really helpful to plan for post pick up.

How do you feel about your puppy?: He’s absolutely lovely - very easy going, happy and trainable.

Is there anything else we could do?: Nothing at all. The going home bag of toys was brilliant he still loves his duck though has pulled out the squeaker!
