What was important to you when looking for a puppy?: It was essential to us that our puppy had a good start in life in with an ethical, caring breeder who focused on the welfare of mum and pups and who was knowledgeable about the breed and helpful to us as new owners. We wanted a healthy, well socialised puppy and we wanted to know as much as possible about her, her parents and siblings.

How did Cheristone Doodles tick your boxes?: Becky 100% met all of our criteria and has been wonderful throughout. She has gone above and beyond with information and support for us and with her care and attention with the puppies. We cannot praise Cheristone Doodles highly enough.

What were your favourite things about the process?: The weekly pupdates with photos and videos were a highlight for us and we have loved seeing them all growing and thriving. Meeting the puppies was a joyful experience - although choosing only one was a challenge! The community of owners on Facebook is a real asset and Becky’s willingness to offer advice and support both before and once we’d brought our puppy home was invaluable.

How do you feel about your puppy?: We love our puppy! It’s been hard work at times adjusting to having a new ‘baby’ in our home again but that’s to be expected. She’s very clever - she’s learnt lots of cues already - she’s affectionate, fun and a bit goofy! We can’t imagine not having her in our family.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for what you do. We absolute love Dexter.  He is so full of beans and fits in with our family life perfectly.

I only go into the office one day a week and he goes to [doggy daycare, who is] always so full of praise for Dexter, saying he’s never had such a well behaved, good natured young dog as Dex.

We’re still working on his nipping with the kids but he’s amazing at recall and loves being picked up for a human style cuddle with his arms over our shoulders!  He’s got much better with our cats too and gets on really well with our younger two cats… we just need him to stop chasing our older cat but I think we’ll get there in time. How do you feel about your puppy?: He is ace! He takes himself off to his bed for nap time. He becomes excitable but calms quickly. He has a little cheeky side to him. He is already my little shadow and has made our family whole.

What was important to you when looking for a puppy?: We were originally looking for a Golden Doodle and then discovered Cheristone Doodles and the gorgeous Irish Doodles. The minute we saw those puppy photos we wanted to explore the Irish Doodles more. Finding a quality breeder who we could feel safe was rearing puppies in a positive environment and was providing health checks and quality parents was also important.

How did Cheristone Doodles tick your boxes?: Cheristone Doodles ticked all the boxes. We knew from the outset that Becky was a highly experienced breeder who went to enormous effort to raise the puppies in a happy home environment, ensuring the Mum (Peggy) was also being looked after at all times. I think all the nurturing and development that has been done with the puppies has made it easier for them to settle into their new homes.

What were your favourite things about the process?: The weekly updates on the puppies' development was great, to see how they were doing, see photos and hear what they had done that week. The professional quality of the documents on the puppy site were also helpful, as was all the advice that Becky gave. Coming to choose our puppy was very exciting and we were so surprised to be given a choice of puppies although we would have been delighted with any of them. The photos and videos were very important as we were no. 8 on the list of 8 so seeing that all the puppies were equally gorgeous was very reassuring to us.

How do you feel about your puppy?: We adore Maggie. She is such a character. Becky had mentioned that Maggie takes everything in her stride and that is definitely the case. She has settled in really quickly and is bringing us so much joy. She has been out in the car, met friends' dogs and has not been phased by anything. She was very relaxed at the vets also.

Is there anything else we could do?: Can't think of anything. Becky is so professional, goes the extra mile, is informative and caring. It is clear to see that all the puppies were so well looked after and were all very happy puppies.

He loves being out in the garden and has got braver and more inquisitive every day, and is now exploring every corner and has dug himself a cosy hole under the hedge! How do you feel about your puppy?: Very fun loving, great temperament and extremely intuitive with other dogs when she meets them in terms of how to behave to get on with them. Fantastic with our kids, really energetic and fun but likes down time as well. Very well balanced all round and is responding well to training.

How do you feel about your puppy?: Lulu is a very bold pup. Extremely confident and outgoing. She loves meeting people and dogs and has embraced every new experience encountered.
Her coat presently is loose curly. However, at 14weeks old it is too soon to be sure if it will remain like that. Lulu has had a puppy groom and was so good the groomers are now part of her fan club!
Lulu is growing very fast and eats about 900gms of raw food a day. She’s going to be a big girl!

Getting to watch as the puppies grew with weekly pictures on the puppy page, to meeting mum and pups and even a zoom call when they were little. Every little detail and reassurance made the process so magical and exciting. Just knowing that Becky is there even after taking our little one home is so special, and the fact that we can watch as his litter mates grow and develop too is amazing too. Becky is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable and really put us at ease from the start.

How do you feel about your puppy?: Our little Rùben is just perfect, and the cutest little man with the most beautiful red and white markings . He really has made our house a home. We are in awe of how confident and happy he really is. No nerves at all despite such a big change, and just as cheeky as ever! Since coming home we have had no accidents, and is incredibly happy doing any business outside. On top of that he is already sleeping through the night in his crate, something which we did not even think would be possible only days after bringing him home. It is so clear to us that this is all down to Becky and her team, with all the hard work they have put in socializing and training them already from a young age.
